Melissa is Aguaconsult's Operation Manager, overseeing all operational activities, company administration, HR management and programme support to proposals and projects.

Prior to joining Aguaconsult in 2015, Melissa had a varied career in creative management, procurement, planning and logistics roles in the UK and abroad.  

A degree in Theatre Stage Management (GSMD:2001) led to ten years in the creative sector as a theatre stage manager and Film & TV production buyer; followed by five years with the British Red Cross as a UK-based staff Emergency Planning and Response Manager and International ERU (Emergency Response Unit) Logistics Officer.  During her time with the British Red Cross Melissa also worked on developing the Red Cross's humanitarian reponse to supporting survivors of human trafficking and modern slavery.

Melissa brings considerable budgeting and project management experience to Aguaconsult, together with a keen interest in Disaster Risk Reduction and a can-do attitude.

Melissa is based in the Wivenhoe office and works Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
